Shipping Policy

Melly Sophia Cosmetics ships internationally, with all orders currently sent from our warehouses based in the United Kingdom. 

All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail or DPD depending on the destination of your order. Orders placed by 1.30pm GMT/BST will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. 

Once your shipment has left our warehouse you will receive an email containing full details of how you can track the delivery of your order.

International Orders -

**Due to current COVID19 related disruptions, the international logistics system is experiencing significant delays due to a lack of available flights and increased parcel volumes. Orders can take up to 25 days to arrive**

Standard 2-5 working days = £4

Next Working Day (Before 1.30pm) = £6
